place an order?

Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 days to prepare & ship your order. 

Please note  - all pre-ordered items will take 7-14 business days to process.

US Expedited: 2-3 business days.

US Flat Rate: 3-6 business days.

UK Express: 1-2 business days.

UK Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days.

EU Express: 2-3 business days.

EU Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

International: 5-14 business days depending on location.

Total delivery time = processing + transit time + any courier delays.


*Total delivery time excludes weekends and bank holidays.

*The transit times quoted are what is promised by our couriers, please bear in mind these may be subject to delays on their end for a variety of reasons which will be out of our control.

We follow Royalmail shipping instructions and standards.

Returns

Refunds

​Return Process:

  1. If customers decide to return the items, they must confirm the return and arrange postage. Confirmation of postage must be received by Lewena Ltd no later than the 10th day after purchasing the products.
     

  2. Return Postage Fees:
    Postage fees for returns are £5.99 for the UK and Europe, and $12.85 for the USA and Canada. Customers are responsible for covering these fees.
     

  3. Cancellations and returns should be communicated to customersupport@lewenaskincare.com


All purchased items are included in the return policy.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused & unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not be able to accept returns if the product seals have been broken. 


To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@lewenaskincare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will receive a refund for the cost of the product. However please note that the cost of shipping will not be refunded as we would have already paid this to the courier to get the products to you in the first place. You will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping is £3.99 for UK, $7 for US and $15 for rest of the world. This will be deducted from the refund given to you. 

To clarify the refund you will receive will be total money paid, less initial shipping cost, less return shipping cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or store credits.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
